We maintain the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include limited stock availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or concerns regarding product quality. We might request additional verification or information before accepting an order.
USER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS
Requests for order cancellations may be accepted or rejected based on our discretion. Generally, if an order has not been processed or approved, we will cancel it and issue a credit note. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed. Our determination of order processing status is final, and users agree not to dispute our decision on cancellations.
