SHIPPING PROCEDURE  

Our products are dispatched upon confirmation of orders and receipt of payment. We employ third-party services for transporting goods within India. Please anticipate potential delays in case of any unforeseen issues.  

For delays caused by courier service challenges, fitflair holds no liability.  

We maintain the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include limited stock availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or concerns regarding product quality. We might request additional verification or information before accepting an order. 

USER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS  

Requests for order cancellations may be accepted or rejected based on our discretion. Generally, if an order has not been processed or approved, we will cancel it and issue a credit note. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed. Our determination of order processing status is final, and users agree not to dispute our decision on cancellations.
